I have been banking with BB&T for over 40 years and have always felt like they appreciated me as a customer and looked out for me as a customer. That was until this week. I have never seen any company treat its customer the way I was treated at this branch. It is obvious that their culture around customer service is changing for the worse. I do not want to be associated with a company that would treat customers as this branch did. Great that we have competition to choose from.
