The best! If you are eligible, join Navy Federal C.U. We have been members for decades and have received excellent service both in person and remote. Rates are much higher than banks and loans are much lower than banks. The only negative is that NFCU does not finance auto leasing; however, I hope this changes in the future.

Curiousity question. I recently (in the past few years) opened new accounts and am doing business with the Navy Federal Credit Union (in DC/Virginia). Also, I served in the US Navy (1968-1972) and was based in Groton in the early 1970's for awhile where I recall having opened an account on the Sub Base. That account was either closed or allowed to go dormant decades ago. BUT, I was wondering if there'd be any way or reason to resurrect that historical connection? Just a long shot curiousity question. Thanks for any info you can share. Karl Schnur

Great and knowledgeable staff. Never had to wait more than five minutes to be helped. I recommend this branch above the rest in Virginia Beach.
