You reside with a PSECU member or your relative is a PSECU member. Qualifying relatives include: adoptive relationships, child or stepchild, grandchild, grandparent, parent or stepparent, sibling or stepsibling, and spouse.


Can anyone join SECU Credit Union?


To be eligible for membership, you generally have to be a public employee in North Carolina, or be related to one. Overdraft fees are lower than those found at other banks and credit unions, and SECU also has an overdraft fee forgiveness policy.


What time does Psecu close today?


If you're not yet a member of PSECU, you can press 0 to speak directly with a Member Service Representative. Hours (all Eastern time) are: Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.


How long does it take to get a loan from Psecu?


As long as the required documentation is accurate and complete, we can usually provide a decision in two to three business days. Once a loan is approved and all loan forms are completed, signed and returned to PSECU Business Services, the funds will be disbursed within 24 hours.
